Section 01

Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern use of CrazyBoosting as a marketplace for gaming-related digital services and digital offerings.

By accessing or using crazyboosting.com, creating an account, using guest checkout, browsing listings, placing an order, offering a service, or communicating through the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them.

These Terms apply to buyers, sellers, guests, and any other users of the site. If you do not agree, you must not use CrazyBoosting.

Some listings, promotions, storefront policies, or checkout flows may include additional rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms, these Terms and CrazyBoosting platform policies control unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

02

Section 02

Eligibility and account security

You must be legally able to use the marketplace and must keep your account, credentials, and devices secure.

You may use CrazyBoosting only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement in your location. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the platform only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, guest session, devices, payment methods, and connected email address. Keep your login credentials, one-time codes, and recovery details confidential.

You must provide accurate and current information when registering, checking out, onboarding as a seller, or submitting support or dispute information. We may suspend features or decline transactions if information appears incomplete, misleading, or high-risk.

  • Do not share your account with another person or let anyone use your account to evade platform restrictions.
  • You must promptly update your email address and any order-critical information if it changes.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs before you notify CrazyBoosting that your account or device may have been compromised.

Section 03

Marketplace role and service scope

CrazyBoosting operates a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers of digital gaming-related services.

CrazyBoosting is a platform and marketplace. We help users discover listings, place digital orders, communicate on-platform, process payments through service providers, and manage moderation, disputes, and risk controls.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific listing, CrazyBoosting is not the direct provider of third-party seller services. Sellers are independent users, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of CrazyBoosting.

Service descriptions, delivery methods, storefront rules, and order requirements may vary by listing type, including boosting, coaching, account-related assistance, in-game currency or item delivery, instant digital delivery, and other gaming-related digital services.

Marketplace realities

  • CrazyBoosting does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game, platform, console network, publisher account, or third-party service.
  • CrazyBoosting does not guarantee that any listing is approved, tolerated, endorsed, or permitted by a game publisher, tournament organizer, or platform operator.
  • Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, delivery times are estimates and in-game outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Permanent results, rankings, inventory, account status, or access to a game can be affected by game updates, publisher enforcement, matchmaking changes, balance patches, bans, resets, and other events outside our control.

User responsibility for game and platform rules

You are solely responsible for deciding whether a service you buy or offer complies with the rules, terms, or policies of the relevant game, publisher, console, app store, marketplace, or platform. CrazyBoosting does not give legal advice and does not certify compliance with third-party rules.

04

Section 04

Buyer and seller responsibilities

Both sides of the marketplace must act honestly, communicate clearly, and keep order-related activity on-platform whenever possible.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Review the listing carefully before buying, including seller instructions, delivery method, requirements, timing estimates, and any stated limitations.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information needed to perform the service, such as account region, character details, preferred schedule, or other order attributes requested at checkout.
  • If a service requires temporary account access or coordination, you are responsible for using secure practices and for removing or changing access after delivery if appropriate.
  • Stay responsive during active orders and use the platform messaging or order tools to answer reasonable seller questions needed to complete your order.
  • Do not mark an order completed if you believe there is a delivery issue, quality issue, or undisclosed problem. Raise the issue promptly instead.

Seller responsibilities

  • Create accurate listings with honest titles, descriptions, pricing, delivery estimates, service limitations, and delivery methods.
  • Disclose important requirements before purchase, including access needs, region restrictions, expected schedules, break requirements, supported platforms, and any risks or prerequisites that affect delivery.
  • Deliver only what is actually listed, avoid exaggerated claims, and do not promise specific in-game results unless they are clearly and realistically included in the listing.
  • Communicate professionally, respond within a reasonable time, and provide proof of progress or delivery when requested by the platform or when the order flow requires it. False, misleading, recycled, or fabricated proof is prohibited.
  • Do not reclaim, recover, disable, reverse, or otherwise take back any sold account, item, currency, or other delivered digital good after the order.
  • Comply with platform moderation rules, intellectual property rules, and any applicable laws or third-party terms that apply to the services you offer.
05

Section 05

Pricing, payments, and order processing

Orders are digital transactions processed through CrazyBoosting and its payment service providers, with fraud and risk controls applied where needed.

By placing an order, you authorize CrazyBoosting and its payment processors to charge the payment method you select for the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable fees or currency conversion impacts disclosed in the flow you use.

Listings may be priced with fees included or with fees added during checkout. Prices, supported currencies, payment methods, and processor availability may change without notice. Promotional pricing or seller edits do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

CrazyBoosting may hold, review, delay, reject, or cancel payments or orders that appear suspicious, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with marketplace rules. We may request additional confirmation before allowing a transaction to proceed.

Payment processors and third parties

Payments may be handled by third-party processors and related tools used by CrazyBoosting, including card, crypto, anti-fraud, authentication, and verification services. Their own terms, privacy notices, network rules, and technical limitations also apply to the payment portion of your transaction.

  • CrazyBoosting does not store raw card numbers or CVV on its own servers.
  • Processor outages, declines, delays, verification challenges, blockchain confirmation times, exchange-rate changes, or fraud checks can affect when or whether a payment succeeds.

Order timing and communication

  • Unless a listing expressly guarantees a deadline, delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Sellers are expected to communicate reasonable status updates, and buyers are expected to respond to legitimate requests needed to complete the order.
  • If you move critical order communication off-platform, CrazyBoosting may have limited ability to verify what happened and may decide disputes based only on the evidence available to us.

Seller funds and payout holds

  • Seller proceeds do not become available for withdrawal until the order is completed.
  • Order completion may happen after buyer confirmation or after CrazyBoosting staff completes the order based on the available record, including delivery evidence and order communications.
  • CrazyBoosting may hold, delay, review, or restrict payouts where fraud, disputes, verification issues, policy violations, or other marketplace-risk concerns are present.
06

Section 06

Delivery, completion, and disputes

Digital orders are reviewed based on the listing, the order record, on-platform messages, timestamps, and available delivery evidence.

A seller may begin work soon after payment is confirmed. For manual and service-based orders, progress or delivery may be supported by order updates, screenshots, proof links, or other evidence submitted through the platform. Instant digital listings may be fulfilled automatically when payment succeeds.

Buyers should inspect the delivered result promptly and raise issues before confirming completion. An order is not treated as complete for seller-withdrawal purposes until the buyer confirms receipt or CrazyBoosting staff completes the order after reviewing the available evidence. In many cases, once an order is marked completed or a service has been materially delivered, refund and dispute options become limited.

CrazyBoosting may investigate disputes by reviewing listing terms, seller storefront policies, order attributes, messages, timestamps, proof of delivery, payment data, and risk signals. We may pause activity, request more information, or issue a resolution we believe is fair and consistent with platform policy.

  • Disputes must be raised honestly and in good faith.
  • A buyer may not use a dispute to obtain free services, reverse a completed digital order after receiving the benefit of it, or pressure a seller for extra work not included in the listing.
  • A seller may not mark services delivered early, falsify proof, reclaim delivered accounts or goods, or refuse reasonable cooperation during dispute review.
07

Section 07

Prohibited conduct

The marketplace may not be used for fraud, abuse, harassment, security violations, or attempts to bypass platform rules.

  • Fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized transactions, false refund claims, chargeback abuse, or using someone else’s payment method without permission.
  • Impersonation, false identity claims, fake reviews, fake seller credentials, misleading listings, fake delivery evidence, or manipulation of ratings, search, or marketplace placement.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, blackmail, extortion, spam, or abusive conduct toward buyers, sellers, staff, or other users.
  • Circumventing the platform by soliciting off-platform payment, redirecting users away from CrazyBoosting to avoid fees, or interfering with order, dispute, moderation, or payout processes.
  • Using bots, scraping tools, malware, exploits, credential stuffing, reverse engineering, or any activity that interferes with site security, availability, or other users’ data.
  • Selling stolen accounts, stolen digital goods, hacked services, botted or cheated services, reclaiming sold accounts or goods after delivery, or offering any service that violates law, intellectual property rights, or published platform restrictions.
08

Section 08

Platform rights and enforcement

CrazyBoosting may take action to protect the marketplace, its users, and its service providers.

CrazyBoosting may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel or refuse orders, remove or edit listings, hold or restrict payouts, disable features, or require additional verification if we believe it is necessary for risk, abuse, compliance, operational, or policy reasons.

Violations involving fraud, fake proof, reclaiming sold digital goods, deliberate misrepresentation, payout abuse, or other serious marketplace misconduct can result in listing removal, payout holds, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.

We may take action with or without prior notice where we believe immediate intervention is appropriate, including suspected fraud, platform misuse, repeated policy violations, game-related risk, security concerns, legal complaints, or third-party processor requirements.

Moderation and enforcement decisions are made at CrazyBoosting’s discretion. We are not obligated to publish the full details of internal risk signals, fraud rules, or moderation methods.

09

Section 09

Intellectual property and user content

CrazyBoosting owns the platform itself, while users remain responsible for the content and materials they submit.

CrazyBoosting property

  • The site, marketplace design, branding, logos, original text, software, graphics, databases, and platform features are owned by CrazyBoosting or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, repackage, mirror, scrape, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the platform or its content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Your content and marketplace materials

You retain ownership of the listing text, store policy text, messages, screenshots, reviews, and other content you submit, but you grant CrazyBoosting a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify for formatting, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, market, and enforce the marketplace.

You are responsible for making sure your submitted content does not infringe another person’s rights and does not violate law or platform rules.

Third-party game brands

Game titles, publisher names, console brands, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on CrazyBoosting does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement.

10

Section 10

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The marketplace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with limits on the platform’s exposure for indirect losses and game-related consequences outside its control.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrazyBoosting provides the platform, listings, communications, digital order tools, and related services without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every game, payment method, region, device, or operating environment. We also do not warrant that any service will avoid bans, restrictions, account loss, de-ranking, item removal, or publisher action.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrazyBoosting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business, lost goodwill, game account sanctions, lost in-game progress, or digital inventory loss arising from or related to your use of the marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrazyBoosting’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific order or event will not exceed the amount you paid through the platform for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.

11

Section 11

Indemnification, governing law, updates, and contact

You are responsible for claims caused by your conduct, and these Terms may be updated as the marketplace evolves.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrazyBoosting, its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your listings, orders, content, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rules, or infringement of another party’s rights.

Governing law and dispute venue

These Terms and any non-contractual disputes related to them are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which CrazyBoosting operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought in the courts that have competent jurisdiction over CrazyBoosting’s principal place of business, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires a different forum or gives you rights that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes to these Terms

CrazyBoosting may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, fraud controls, marketplace rules, or operational needs. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Contact
