Section 03

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the marketplace, process digital orders, improve reliability, and protect users and the platform.

  • Create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, support guest checkout, verify email addresses, and secure access to marketplace features.
  • Process orders, coordinate buyer and seller communication, store order requirements, track delivery status, and support dispute review and customer service.
  • Facilitate payments, payment authentication, saved payment methods, payment status reconciliation, fraud monitoring, and risk management.
  • Moderate listings, evaluate seller status, investigate abuse, enforce platform rules, and protect the platform against fraud, spam, impersonation, harassment, or unauthorized activity.
  • Operate analytics, understand marketplace usage, improve the checkout funnel, diagnose technical issues, monitor performance, and maintain security logs and audit records.
  • Send transactional or service communications such as order updates, verification emails, security notices, password reset links, dispute notifications, and support replies.
  • Send promotional or marketing communications only where you have opted in or where permitted by applicable law, and allow you to opt out of those messages.
04

Section 04

How information may be shared

We share information only when it is needed to run the marketplace, complete a transaction, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

Between marketplace participants

Buyers and sellers may receive information about each other when necessary to complete or support an order, including storefront names, order details, on-platform messages, delivery requirements, proofs, reviews, and dispute-related information relevant to the transaction.

With service providers

CrazyBoosting may share relevant information with service providers that help operate the marketplace, including hosting, infrastructure, storage, fraud prevention, email delivery, customer support, and security providers.

This can include payment-related providers and tools used in the current stack, such as Moneris, NOWPayments, Resend, and Kount, as well as error monitoring or operational tooling such as Sentry when enabled.

For legal, compliance, and business protection reasons

  • To comply with law, regulation, court order, subpoena, payment network requirements, or a lawful request from government or enforcement authorities.
  • To investigate fraud, chargebacks, abuse, account compromise, intellectual property complaints, or violations of our marketplace rules.
  • To protect the rights, property, and safety of CrazyBoosting, its users, sellers, buyers, service providers, and the public.

Business transfers

If CrazyBoosting is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that process subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

Section 05

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

CrazyBoosting uses essential browser technologies to keep the marketplace secure and functional, and uses internal analytics to understand site performance and order flow.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, CSRF protection, anonymous session continuity, fraud prevention, and other core site functions. Without these technologies, important parts of the marketplace may not work properly.

We also use browser storage to remember cart contents, keep temporary checkout state, and improve continuity when you move between pages or return to an order flow.

Marketplace event tracking and analytics may be used to understand how users discover listings, start checkout, and complete orders. This helps us improve reliability and usability rather than run broad advertising profiles.

  • Session and account cookies help keep you signed in and associate actions with your account or guest state.
  • Security cookies and tokens help prevent abuse, request forgery, and unauthorized actions.
  • Anonymous analytics session identifiers help us understand usage patterns even when a user is not logged in.
  • Cart and checkout state may also be stored in local or session storage in your browser.
06

Section 06

Payment handling and fraud prevention

Payment data is routed through payment processors and fraud tools rather than stored as raw card data on CrazyBoosting servers.

CrazyBoosting does not store raw payment card numbers or CVV on its own servers. Instead, we store transaction metadata and, where supported, payment method references or tokenized data returned by our payment providers.

To reduce fraud and payment abuse, we may use payment authentication, device and session checks, address or billing metadata, processor feedback, chargeback signals, and fraud-screening tools as part of checkout and post-payment review.

Payment providers and related fraud tools may separately collect and process information subject to their own privacy notices and contractual terms.

07

Section 07

Data retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the marketplace and meet legal, security, accounting, or dispute obligations.

  • Account information is generally retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, recordkeeping, and fraud prevention.
  • Order, payment, dispute, audit, and messaging records may be kept longer where needed to resolve claims, prevent abuse, comply with law, or document marketplace transactions.
  • Verification materials, support records, and fraud-review information may be retained for as long as needed to evaluate risk, enforce policy, and meet operational or legal obligations.
  • When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, aggregate, or anonymize it where practical.
08

Section 08

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

CrazyBoosting uses security measures designed to help protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Those measures include account authentication controls, security tokens, role-based access patterns, processor integrations, and monitoring tools appropriate to a digital marketplace.

You also play an important role in security. Use a strong password, protect your email account, enable available security features, and avoid sharing sensitive information outside trusted order flows.

No website, payment flow, storage system, or transmission method can promise absolute security. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our safeguards.

09

Section 09

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and relationship with the marketplace, you may have choices about access, corrections, deletion, and communications.

Account access and corrections

  • You can update certain account details through your account settings or seller tools.
  • If information connected to an order, dispute, or support issue is incorrect, contact us and explain what should be corrected.

Deletion and restriction requests

You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information, but we may retain information that is reasonably necessary for completed transactions, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, recordkeeping, or security.

Marketing preferences

You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or through available preference settings. Transactional and service notices related to your account or orders may still be sent when necessary.

Region-specific rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or objection to certain uses of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may limit our response where the law allows.

10

Section 10

International users

Marketplace information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live.

CrazyBoosting is an online marketplace and may use infrastructure, processors, support providers, and security tools that operate in multiple countries. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different privacy laws than your own.

By using the platform, you understand that information may be handled in those jurisdictions subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11

Section 11

Children and minors

The marketplace is not directed to children and should not be used by minors without appropriate legal permission.

CrazyBoosting is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the marketplace. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without proper authorization, contact us so we can review the issue.

Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the marketplace only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian and only where local law allows.

12

Section 12

Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy as the marketplace, its tooling, or applicable requirements change.

CrazyBoosting may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, new service providers, fraud controls, legal requirements, or operational improvements. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

If you have privacy questions, account data questions, or requests relating to this policy, contact CrazyBoosting through the contact page on crazyboosting.com and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account, order, or issue.
